Hawthorne Blend
Description: Part of our Classic Salem Tea Series, this tea blend is inspired by Nathaniel Hawthorne, author of several novels including The Scarlet Letter and The House of Seven Gables. Nathaniel Hawthorne was born in Salem, MA on July 4th 1804. Jolie Tea Company is located across from the celebrated Hawthorne Hotel in Salem, MA.
Ingredients: Chinese Black Tea, Ceylon Black Tea, bergamot oil.
King Derby
Description: Part of our Classic Salem Tea Series, this tea blend is inspired by Elias Hasket Derby one of the wealthiest merchants in Salem Massachusetts and owner of the shipping vessel, the Grand Turk. He was referred to as "King Derby" by Nathaniel Hawthorne in his book The Scarlet Letter. Derby is known as America's first millionaire.
Ingredients: Blend of Chinese and Indian black teas.
