Iced Tea Brewing Instructions
Quick Brew
Brew 1.5 times the normal amount of tea per 8 ounces of water; when finished brewing, strain out leaves and pour over a glass full of ice or a pitcher full of ice.
Traditional Brew
Brew tea as normal and strain out leaves. Pour hot tea into a heat-resistant glass or pitcher. Refrigerate for several hours until cooled down. Pour over ice.
Cold Brew Method
Add cold water to the normal amount of tea and put everything into the refrigerator overnight. The next day, strain out leaves and serve. For one gallon of iced tea, add 16 tsps of dried tea to one gallon of water.
